does anyone know the name of this kid's program?!

[glow=red,2,300]Hey! does anyone remember a kid's tv program were they had to carry out different tasks, they were told what they had to do, in a lift by a head on a screen, after they had completed these tasks they would be taken to a chess-board like set up, with character looking a bit like darth vader, if they bumped into this character then the game was over. please help! ive been trying to find the name of it out for a while and there is only one of my friend who knows what im talking about, but he cant remember what it is called either!! I think you mean "Incredible Games" with Tony Hawks (not the skateboarder) as the lift. He was superceded by David Walliams!
There was also the Planet Susan game kids on afly wire coleecting space debris like old pizza. The Alphabet Soup game (collecting letters in a large bowl-swimming pool.
