Type in the show at the top and it will give you actual episode titles and original airdates mixed with info on the episodes and the programmes production codes.
You can even check shows like You and Me and find out when it was Duncan the Dragon, Cosmo and Dibbs, Clive and the Rabbit or Alice and Crow (A & C were mainly 78-82, from what I've found)
Chock-A-Block is on there too, and chances are if the show ain't on it, then it wasn't BBC, such as Rainbow and Let's Pretend were ITV.
